Shipping, Taxes & Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Austria within the European Union, including Switzerland, Norway, and Monaco.

We currently ship to most EU and EEA countries.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days for items in stock.
  • Delivery time: usually 4–8 business days within the EU (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, AMÈ touch is not responsible for delays or loss during transit.

If the customer fails to collect a package and it is returned to us, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Taxes and Customs Fees

All prices on our website include VAT for orders within the European Union.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included in the final checkout price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

  • Customs policies vary by country — please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
  • If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus the shipping cost.
  • Taxes and duties are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your AMÈ touch jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Please email us at hello.ame.touch@gmail.com before sending your return.
  • You must provide a tracking number for your return shipment. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost without tracking.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note:

  • The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
  • Gift cards and custom-made pieces are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello.ame.touch@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • A photo clearly showing the issue.
  • Your order number and a short description of the defect.

We will review each case individually and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under this policy

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications (such as product changes or address updates).

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

We cannot combine multiple orders into one shipment.
