All AMÈ touch pieces are handmade in Austria using natural gemstones, stainless steel, brass, and gold-plated fittings.

We source materials from verified international suppliers, including gemstone exhibitions and small workshops in Asia and Europe. Each piece is unique, reflecting the natural variations of stones.

3. Orders and Payments

You can place an order directly through our Instagram page (@ame.touch) or via email at hello.ame.touch@gmail.com.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive details about payment and shipping.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices, update collections, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Austria and the European Union.

Processing time for available pieces is typically 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated individually before payment.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Each piece is crafted by hand and carefully inspected before shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello.ame.touch@gmail.com.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of handmade products, we cannot accept returns for worn jewelry unless it arrived damaged.

All photos, designs, texts, and branding elements displayed on this site and social media belong to AMÈ touch.

You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any materials without prior written permission.
